Here’s a great little recipe perfect for Breakfast or Snack time! 

No-Bake Chocolate Oat Bars 

180g Rolled Oats

120g Honey or maple syrup

30g Chai Seeds

60g Peanut Butter

100g Chocolate drops

50g Dried fruit 

Melt the honey/maple syrup and peanut butter then add this to the rolled oats.  Add the Chai Seeds, fruit and chocolate drops.  Mix together then spoon into lined cake tray.  Leave to set in fridge for an hour.
